For coaches

See who is ready to judge

One row per parent, and one dot per step. Tap Parent progress on your team page.

Edit training takes you back.

The four tiles

  • Invited — how many parents, and how many have not opened their invite.
  • Ready to judge — how many have finished every step you required.
  • Quiz pass rate — reads —. There is no quiz yet.
  • Practice rounds done — reads —. There is no practice round yet.

The last two show a dash, not a zero, because a zero would read as every parent failing something that does not exist.

The table

One column per step, plus a status. Read the cells like this:

The cell saysWhat happened
Parent confirmed, with a dateThey ticked that step on that day
Not confirmedThey have not ticked it
No video addedYou have not pasted your intro video yet
Not open yetThat step is not built. The same words your parents see on it.

And the status on the right:

  • Ready to judge — every step you required is confirmed.
  • In progress — they joined, or opened their invite, and are not finished.
  • Invite not opened — their email has not been opened.

A parent who came in on your team link gets a row too, listed as Joined by link until they have a name on their account.

What Ready to judge means

Every step you marked required, confirmed by that parent. Steps you left off do not count.

If you required nothing, nobody is ever Ready to judge. That is why DebateFlow asks for one required step before you publish.

Parent confirmed is not verified. Nothing comes back to us from NSDA or NFHS, and a pasted video link reports nothing either. Every tick on the board is a parent saying they did it. Treat it the way you would treat a signed permission slip.

Export CSV

Export CSV downloads the same columns as the screen, with the email address in its own column. Nothing extra.

What this page cannot show you

Progress, and nothing else. No ballot, no decision, no reason for decision, no speaker points, no notes, no transcript — from a practice round or a real one.

It is not a permission you could turn on. The data behind this page has no route to a round.
